Employee Referral Bonus Program
Case Snow Management is always looking for great people, and you can help! If you know someone who you think would be a great addition to our organization and they meet the qualifications for an existing open position, it will be worth $50.00 for operators, site managers and territory managers; and $20.00 for shovelers.
Refer candidates who meet the qualifications to our HR department using the employee application. If your candidate is hired, you will be awarded your bonus through payroll at the end of April 2018.
- Both the employee who makes the referral and the referred employee must work a minimum of 40 hours during the season
- Former employees are not eligible candidates for referral
- Management and HR are excluded from receiving referral bonuses
- The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible for the bonus
- The employee making the referral must contact Payroll or HR by email or phone at the end of April 2018 to receive the bonus
- Bonus payment goes through Payroll and will be taxed
- All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with our organization’s policies and procedures
